haha i win.. o wait i havent unleashed the wraith yet your ideas are fayed
host haveing more votes but still doesnt own vote system disaster:everyone but one wants godplay and one votes none makenig it still to hard for guy who wants one and ruins it for pro's.
giveing host total control:SEGGESTED. disaster when host is noob. this cant be helped in any way but its less likely to happen then 4 pros one noob.
solution:NONE. poles would indicate to go with giveing host total control
also my last opinion NEVER MAKE A VOTEKICK/KICK noobs geting ownd would cast all there votes to ban the pro makeing it totaly unfair to him. why am i always the first to a conclusion

we're aware of that votekick/kick wont be used in HaE2. I think its still best to give host like... double or three times a stronger vote than others

We dont all have large numbers of dependable friends. Hard to know if someones noob or not. The reason i ask for the host to have control is to improve the quality of public games (aka every game i play). Its not just about getting godsplay it about hosting a game that meets the expectations of the people playing.
Please take to heart the example of DOTA allstars. Love it or hate it, its the most popular game on b-net for over a year. And i really belive thats in part due to the fact that the people who like "-ar " can join ar games and the people who like "-ap" can join ap games.
Its sounds like u want to continue the voting system . But I beg u to reconsider. If u give host control of the difficulty u are actually giving players the power to choose what they want to play.
Please please please discard the voting system.

Thats why you say -banlist and enforce banning with every game. Then.. they only do it once per account. And.. it would be pretty annoying to have make a new account after each game you mess up.

no, but its implications strike deep into the mind of every war3 player
and i believe that there are some programs(bots generally) that have it built in that u can have keep track of it

Sadly that doesn't always work, one name spoof and no-one can figure out who the hell you are.

Sadly that doesn't always work, one name spoof and no-one can figure out who the hell you are. Not true, you can ban by IP with the banlist to my knowledge.. which means spoofing is irrelevant, you can just ban the persons IP. so even if they make a new account they are screwed

How the hell do you ban an IP with WC3 map creator?
