what about... giving host like... 4 times the vote of everyone else in the game
like when he votes insane and everyone else votes none it becomes average/hard
i think that would be better

But again the same probelem remains. Even if the host has more say (4 votes instead of 1) you still dont know what ur getting when u join a game. Let the host set it and people can join a game they actually want to play.
People will still have the power of choice because they will only join a particular game if thats what they want. The pros can avoid the games labeled (HaE2 weak!) and the begginers can avoid the games labeled (HaE2 Insane!)

silentpartner brings up a ver good poin t of view. I don't join games that say like insane generally if I don't have any clue what the game is about.. and also most hosts will boot noobs that are trying to download when they put insane difficulty in the title.. or something like that.

indeed, but dont forget about the nooby host thing, a host that would like to screw up an entire game by choosing gods while everyone, including the host is a noob at it, i say we give the host the power to choose and the others the chance to adjust a bit

But what if a host wants to play Gods Play? Won't one person voting none still scew the results? I just dont see that giving the host a greater vote will change anything. Out of the few times i tried to host a Gods Play game the closest i got was 7 out of 8 people to vote Gods but it was messed up by 1 person. Even with 7 times the vote i couldn't get the setting  |

it would screw the results, but why hosting gods when u know there's a noob who cant handle it? he'll go for none and it gets balanced a bit more
