well, royce, gods mode is easily soloable, as i have discovered two bugs, one recently and one a long time ago. the bugs are in the normal heroes and empires as well. i will state what they allow you to do, but not the problem, as posting how they happen on a public section of the forum would cause many problems. the bugs i have discovered allow you to set your tax/rations infinately high and not lose, resulting in a very high amount of money. the second bug was a result of me confirming how the first occurs. the second bug causes your food to go infinitely high, resulting the same way as the first execpt you will have the maximum citizens in every house you make. if you want to know how they happen and how to fix them (seto and i have thought of ways) go to the shammie only section ill have it posted there

thanks final. your the only one here that says anything nice... i only get compliments and praise for the changes i've done on other sites. with people saying yes! much needed changes thankyou!! and to the rest of you. you act as though i've changed the map from what it was. read the changelog. those are the only changes i've made to the original map. i haven't made empires any worse then what they were (or vice versa). Because the issues we are siting are BIG issues. These issues make the map faceroll-able. If you have any sort of common sense as to how to make an empire in the various ways its supposed to, then you will be able to easily beat this map of yours at any of the lower difficultys and you can figure out how to solo it on the hardest difficulty that isn't supposed to be soloable!You still need to fix the issues that are presented with the version you based it upon. Small Farms, dumb. Area Management should be an issue while growing your empire. If you want to make it easier on the shape of the area without breaking the game, you could do something much better. cut the farm's size by 1/4, the cost by 1/4, the build speed by 1/4 and the output by 1/4. Not a farm with 1/8 the cost and size and 1/2 the output or whatever proportions they are currently. Peasents need to be back to the way they were supposed to be at cost, expensive but required. The Sweatshops are just dumb, the Traders already have an obscene amount of TP gain at max growth, its their only redeeming quality really. Giving a TP gain building to Every Builder hero makes the Trader less special, but breaks it for them too. And what are you doing for General Heroes? You moved their purchase place. yay..... not and of course, anything that buffs non-Freelance Heroes hurts Freelance heroes. The other things? The item system, sure, it'll work, but its kinda unnecessary. The only part that could ever become a problem is when a player destroys your forge to get your level 4 claymore. I've never been in a game long enough to have someone that untrustworthy. The whole command thing you added? The revive other hero with 2 of your own lives thing is nice. Other than that, meh. The -rename thing needs to be fixed throgh whatever was done in 7.3, so that you don't need a command to allow it. Whatever happened between 7.2 and 7.3 causes the command to no longer server split the game. Second most Importantly is you seem to be treating our negative feedback like its completely ass backwards when you've gotten 'so much' postive feedback from other forums. Newsflash, they are casual players. they want everything to be quick easy and flashy. Us hardcore gamers enjoy the difficult, the time consuming, and the type of game that requires a well thought out strategy that needs to be perfected over many games of failure. It should be a proud moment when you manage to finish God's Play as a group of 4 people. It should be a badge of honor when you manage to two man the game. It shouldn't be a 'that was fun, lets go do something else now'. It should be a 'Woah, I just managed to kick kalenden's ass.' honestly, Kalenden's always been too easy anyway . And most importantly, you don't give proper credit where credit is due. You are NOT the MAP CREATOR. Final and Squad are. You are an edittor, a modder. Put back the credit to map creator as Final and Squad. When you redesign the entire terrain and half the triggers units and etc, then you can call yourself the new map creator.

And also I know about both already and have already talk to seto about them. -.- Also final never told me the pw for the shaman place so dont worry to much about that.

royce i think what stephan meant was that dethlord was not the actual creator of a new game. all he did was sort of update it (and kinda mess it up). and if he wants to title it as though he made an actual game, he should make enough changes to call it a new game (like The Frozen Throne, it has many changes from Warcraft III and is an expansion, a new game, and not just an update. it took as much time to make as the normal game). this HaE Advanced is the result of noobie changing, and not the work of a skilled map maker. I strongly dislike a person who thinks something is unbalanced because they do not know how to use everything properly, and so they change what they think is unbalanced, resulting in many things being overpowered. they keep strengthening things until it really is balanced, but everything is simply too strong.
have you ever noticed how arena game heroes tend to have like 70 dmg and own spells? a lot of the time thats because the creator kept strengthening heroes one by one until they were balanced as they originally were, and none overpowered. that results in the disfunction of creeps, and then the whole map has to be changed just to make the balance equal as it originally was.

oh and another thing. many of the things that we dislike in dethlords version are not changes made by him. i believe he made his edits off of 85.6, a very unbalanced version of heroes and empires (probably an experimental version not meant to go public) where the first lumber upgrades give peasants 500 lumber per hit, farms are tiny and cheap, workers cost like nothing. the rest of the unbalances are due to dethlord, but all of the above are unbalances already on the map which he is not responsible for. Dethlord, my advise is to remake all of your edits off of version 7.3, as it is the best version of Heroes and Empires.

Its better than your previous versions and I see you are finally understanding where we are coming from. Still, Empires are too easy to play. Did you reduce the amount of Food farms produce to compensate for the cheaper cost and smaller size? What about fixing the Worker cost back to the way its supposed to be?

i didnt play it yet. i did play sid's, though. its has some really nice improvements but needs a huge reduction in size. 8mb is simply too large for a map.
