I'm working on my own 2 maps... but it gets boring working on the same thing over and over... if you need any help just ask xD

heh well i was working on some other maps myself like a month ago... when i had a computer available... now its just rotting in a corner, waiting for my new home with enough space to install it  anyway thats kind of the main problem for me that the progress of HaE(2) isnt getting anywhere. no help needed (yet) though. thanks for the offer |

hmm vulkarus, tempting offer... i might just need your help fairly soon. if you could, state what you're best at in mapmaking (Triggers, Terrain, Units and such)

all of the above... I'm BEST at triggers, I am very good at units and such... and I'm fairly decent at terrain
i cannot model or skin though, maybe if i had photoshop...

hm... i might need someone to fix some triggers on a new map im making but i need to make units first  maybe you can help with that one... and u mean my avatar or sig? if u mean sig; ye i kinda crappy edited it a while ago when i sucked with photoshop ^^ not like im that good with it now... |

If only i had photoshop...
you should use the pen-tool to outline the words on a new layer then fill it in, emboss it, then flatten it. OR you can use the circle eraser tool with a decently large fade-out... make a huge block on a new layer and erase into what you want. both of these achieve a grandios effect.
also you might try playing with the 'gaussian blur' effect.
but, back on topic, yes i did mean your sig... it's the 'Champion.jpg' file.
