The newest published version is 7.2 and there havent been any published updates for over half a year now.
Me and Squad did have a discussion about HaE2 and there will be more changes than we thought. The entire creep spawn system is gonna change soon, so instead of waiting for the last days u should probably wait till end of next week ^^ We're doing the best we can
Items are on 99% now though.
Also alot of terrain has changed.

Legacy, Squad, let me and my friends take HaE2's beta out for a spin, we have an agreed rule not to share it with anyone outside our sect, plus we are THOROUGH testers. If wanted I can let Squad in on our games, we test everything from each unit to terrain to looking for possible abuses/glitches in units and terrain spots. You imagine the bug, we'll find it.

We've made a few maps, never actually finished them but one of them was really neat, based off Black & White, we only got to making the "hand" for the god which took eons just to get right.
