lol no no ther would be a sub map (wich would be removed if its not a game of footies) and the main map (wich would be removed if it is a game of footies) it would only make lag wen starting and wen down loading  |

my idea is HaE in America, random occurances include: Car jacking spree, killing spree, robbery spree, corruption in business, Government interference in citizens lives, and a mode that directs all military units a player has to a random empire in an attempt to use unjust wars to take over the world.

good idea, but you forgot about putting industrial plants near houses improves happiness but gives riots ;D so what about the illegals anyway?  |

Yeah, and we need to add "Constant stream of oil" where your economy comes to a screeching halt without the oil. Which they consume the most of in the world, forcing all other countries to become more efficient.
