Hello , I like this map & played this version H&E v7.3. as the title says, also no trade point for doing quests. Maybe it is meant like that but then its a tedious job to get the trade points by picking & selling the items. Another thing is some of the quest like saving the children or the cargo start from random shop place, it would be better if it start form the place of the quest giver as it is sometime difficult to go to the other place in the alloted time. Could you make items like wood iron etc stackable, I know it would make you powerful as the effect will mutiply but I am thing about the trade point, instead of picking up only six items & selling it I can stack it & then sell it for bigger trade points. One more thing, the caravn in the middle, most the kalendan forces are always stuck there trying to destroy those but their hp is always stuck at 1 after being depleted, is that normal?

well its an idea to let monsters give tps for killing, but in hae2 the quests do give tradepoints i think that instead of making changes we'd better work on HaE2 so it can finally get finished. HaE2 looks like the first one except for some changes and almost everything is more advanced (items, terrain, quests, skilltrees, etc)
ive never heard of that last thing you mention, are you sure it always happens? or just once?

Well actually I play single player (don't have inet at home) so I sometimes keep cpu players just for fun, the CPU player that automatically choose empire gets caravan but ofcourse since there is no AI for the CPU they just stand there, I think the caravans can't be destroyed unless not deployed as far as I noticed. I think this won't be a problem for multiplayers.
About HAE2, I also liked the map, It was easy the first time I played it although I can see its incomplete.

ive never had that bug so its probably a single player only thing indeed. glad to see you like hae2 but its still far from finished.

Umm if the creeps gave trade points when they die. That would mean that the empires would have to have trade points??? im lost i dont think it would be the best of ideas

The way i see is that the trade point system doesn't allow me to do gold cheat which is good way of keeping cheaters out. I always play hero, playing empire is difficult for me, I tried it once but just don't seem to like it, everybody have their preferences

well you can only cheat in single player since there are no cheats in the game itself. if you play hae2 you can cheat in any way i guess ^^ tradepoints could also be just dropped in items (like its possible with gold n lumber) or simply wouldnt be effected when they're killed by empire units.

You hade that in a version. Where the empire gets alot of its gold from making units and having them run around and killing them

I agree with Royce on what he said earlier... if monsters did give TP's for killing Emps would have to have tradepoints, unless Final/Squad made a trigger that only allowed Heroes to get those, for emps it just means extra gold. ;D

That would be sooo hard to do. To have empires get gold from creeps and not heroes and heores get tps only.

or just giving those tps to empires so they can collect em for the hero who is hired by that same empire.

ooo wait! TP conversion! YES! thats it! make emps able to get tradepoints, but give them an ability that lets them trade in TP's for gold! say 10TP for 100GP? or something like that

But then heroes and get gold and empires can give heroes tradepoint with the -givetp (color) (#)

meh Heroes need more TP's anyway. And you COULD implement heroes having gold so they could hire units... but i don't know.

If a hero get to much trade points they could get a claymore at lvl 100 with lvl 11 armor
