they have 1000 range...? not 975...? unless that was changed in some new version

Hmm...looking back now, I realised i didn't word it very clearly....
Say theres this Ranger with 975 (cap) range attacking an empire. The empire has advanced concussion towers with 1000 range. 25 range difference. Big whoop. The ranger can go to the side and pick off the ones that are sticking out, a few at a time.
So when heroes attack empires, trigger it for them to have a lower range. something that will put them in range of most of the concussions.
